Phoenix Futures: Essex Futures Together Community Service
Futures Together is a Multiple and Complex Needs service that provides holistic, person-centred support to individuals in current contact with the criminal justice system, who have a range of multiple and complex needs. This includes making onward referrals and signposting to services; accompanying clients to appointments; and advocating on behalf of clients. Futures Together also provides a Social Inclusion service that supports people with substance/alcohol misuse and/or mental ill health through a range of peer-led, meaningful activities for people to engage in (no criminal justice involvement needed for this).
Only referrals from professionals will be accepted for the criminal justice provision of the service, and individuals must have current or very recent involvement with criminal justice.

Who can use this service?
The service is for adults aged 18 and over, who reside in Essex (excluding Southend and Thurrock).

How are services delivered?
Working with a wide range of partner agencies across the county, the Futures Together service supports service users to access the services they need to engage with, to address their unmet needs.
