Castle Point Social Car Scheme
The Castle Point Social Car Scheme is for Castle Point residents who are over 60 or disabled. We offer door to door service to take scheme members to hospitals, either local or in London or to clinics for blood tests, doctors, dental, chiropody or optician appointments. The cost of this scheme is £20 a year.
Our mobility cars have electric winches to help the drivers load and unload wheelchairs. We also have adapted mini buses that can accommodate most wheelchairs and walking frames and has a secure tail lift for those who find conventional steps a challenge.
