South East and Central Essex Mind: Support to Thrive
Support To Thrive is for senior school aged people who might be at risk with regards to their emotional wellbeing. They will work alongside a trained and experienced Wellbeing Mentor with the aim to improve their wellbeing and stay in education. This is done through setting and working on personal goals together, teaching coping techniques and helping to better understand the brain, feelings and behaviours.
