Castle Point Well Being Team
The Castle Point Active Well Being Membership (CP-AWBM) gives referred people 12 weeks, unlimited free access to the two CP Leisure Centres: Runnymede in Benfleet, and Waterside Farm on Canvey Island. This includes unlimited gym, swim or classes, and any of the the well-being outreach sessions at the Paddocks Community Centre in Canvey. As part of the offer each referred individual will have an initial 1-2-1 with either a fitness coach or member of the Well-Being Team. The EXIT Route is a reduced membership or continued free sessions.

This service is for people referred via a health and wellbeing professional for individuals looking for supporrt with general health and wellbeing (including mental health), weight loss, social isolation, cost of living, etc.

Who can use this service?
Referred individuals from ages 10 to Adult.
This is not a crisis service. If a client presents in crisis we will follow our safeguarding policy.
