A supportive and empowering space for women to connect, share and grow together. This group provides a safe environment to talk openly, build confidence and support one another through life’s ups and downs. It is a place of encouragement, understanding and strength in community.

Who can use this service?
This group is open to all women in the Castle Point Borough.
How are services delivered?
Face to face drop-in support group. Every Thursday from 7pm-9pm. No need to book just turn up.
